What type of evaluation do you offer?
We offer a psychiatric evaluation with the purpose of helping you treat and manage your diagnosis with medication. If the you and the psychiatrist determine medication is not the route you want to take, they will help guide you to the right services.

What happens during my evaluation?
During the psychiatric evaluation, we ask about family history, symptoms, social history, medical history, psychiatric history, etc. The physician will then talk to you about a diagnosis and about the medications that may help you. They may also suggest therapy along with medication management, if they feel this will help you manage your diagnosis.

How do I become a New Patient?
Give the office a call or fill out our contact form and we will give you a call!
To make the process easier for everyone; please let us know what services you're looking for and what insurance you have. That way we can better direct you on who you need to speak with.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
For your first appointment, we require you to come about 15 minutes early for the paperwork. This makes the appointment go smoother for both you and the physician/therapist. You must also bring a copy of your insurance card.

How do I pay my bill?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer to pay your bill online. We apologize for that. You can call us and pay over the phone or you can pay in person at the office.
For outpatient billing, call our main number and hit "0" for the front office to take the payment. You can call billing directly at ext. 215 or 216 and they can also take your payment
For Positive Steps billing use ext. 210.
